Pagani was founded in 1954 by Pietro Pagani, a man of great brilliance and creativity, assisted and supported by his wife Mrs. Candida, he immediately started the production of buttons and buckles for haberdashery and the packaging that were beginning to spread in that period.
Thanks to the training of highly specialized staff, the craftsmanship of the product and the accuracy in the finishing operations, he was able, in a short time, to establish itself in the world of buttons that in those years was only at dawn.
1961
Giangiuseppe joined the company
In 1961 his son Giangiuseppe joined the company together with the precious and irreplaceable help of his wife Mrs. Anna, who with passion and dedication were able to continue and expand their father's business introducing more and more modern and technological machinery able to offer processes and productivity which were unthinkable for those years.

Also Patrizia and Cristian, daughter and son, participate for a long time in the company's business, giving support with passion and dedication.
1989
Gianluca joined the company
In 1989, Giangiuseppe and Anna’s son Gianluca joined them and continued the business with commitment, will and creativity, gathering the tradition and the precious heritage from the work done by its parents and teachers.

The traditional production of classic and strain polyester buttons continues, mainly aimed at the world of specialized haberdashery and high-end packaging, creating two collections every year: spring / summer and autumn / winter.
Last 15 years
the first high-tech machines in the company
In the last 15 years, thanks to new production processes, Pagani has been able to offer new products and services such as the laser processing for third parties of leather belts, hair accessories such as combs and hairpins, fashion accessories, buckles, hooks and objects of various kinds, complements for the footwear world.
IInternally and completely independently, we carry out grinding of buckles and accessories, bending a heat of acetate and acrylic articles, ultrasonic cleaning.
Pagani, despite the inclusion of high-tech machinery, has nevertheless been able to maintain and develop those crafts that only the hand of man is able to perform and that without shadow of a doubt are the added value of a high quality product. The firm points of the company remain the accuracy in the workmanship, the craftsmanship of the finishes, punctuality in deliveries and the discretion and confidentiality which are indispensable today for the customer.
